I just named all my characters after characters in one of my fictions. Trouble is, I'm running out of characters to use. :P

I'm sure that eventually I'll just start making junk up.

um... I just put a prefix or sufix to ana.... like spiritbinder ana. I put what the class does [love ana for my monk since everyone "loves" monks] +my name

First retail character was Keyboard Commando. Taken from a Hackers quote and changed from Cowboy to Commando.

Second was Power Pete. Old Macintosh computer game.

Third was Man Man Man Man Man. I dunno.

Fourth was Lawl Im Strong Noob. Its a Whammo.

Fifth was Ms Mxyzptlk. Slight change on superman villain.

Sixth was Lawlsauce Ranger. Taken from my pvp name of a long while "L A W L S A U C E."

Seventh was Lawl An Assassin. Deleted.

Eighth was Lawl Is Lazy. Ritualist that spams spirits.

As you can see... I don't follow any real rubric at all. As of late its been Lawl or Lawlsauce related. But my most played characters have nothing to do with Lawl or Sauce or both.

my characters are all japanese words or names....Mei is a girls name, ki means life or spirit.....yuki is snow (he has white tats).....shinin, my necro, is death....tsu is a port (ok, its mimi's last name so thats ok and I lived near Tsu in japan for 2 years).....my rit is named after an anime character and my ranger is just another japanese name Ai ......

my handle is a very old stuffed toy I own.....from germany.

my husband has used latin for some of his characters, except the one I got to name---yu twitch (and he does

), its actually named after the beanie baby twitchy and Yu is chinese.

i make up names that sound good to me. Myn Trafaal e/mo, Zighta Qo n/r and Prava Trafaal (shes my PVP ele who uses similar skills as myn so has the same last name) I just lay down a letter i think i want the name to start with and start laying down more letters until it looks and sounds right and has the right feel.

when i play vampire i use a name site for some reason and look up personality traits of the character. i have the site bookmarked at home but im at work now and i dont know it off hand. its awsome and you can search by nationality as well which i do sometimes, also. i guess i figure vampire is a bit more real life and the names should be more reality based and GW is a lot more fantasy and i really just create fantasy names for it.

All of my characters have the same surname, being sisters and all. The given names may represent their chosen profession or it may just be a name I thought was nice, (somtimes that means stolen
